Tips for Your Reading

Please have a topic/questions/area of concern prepared to discuss during your call. "Anything else spirit has for me" falls under the general reading question, see the first question in the FAQ.

Bella and Sunny connects to your energy and voice, therefore it is recommended that you be in a calm quiet environment for the duration of your appointment time. If there is too much background noise or distractions, they may choose to end your appointment time and you will be responsible for booking another appointment when you can be in a quiet place.

 FAQs

 

  • Bella and Sunny do not do general readings, mediumship for clients (this pertains to ancestors and any no longer living spirits), health, pregnancy or investment readings (not allowed by law and I do not bend those rules). If spirit has a general messages or messages outside your questions, they will always share it.

  • You are purchasing the time you book your appointment for, not your reading, if you are unable to make your appointment time, please login to acuity and reschedule through there. Missed appointments are not rescheduled or refunded, if your appointment is cancelled for a no show you will be required to book another appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • The times on the appointment calendar are the times they are available. There is no "cancellation list". If you would like to speak with one of them sooner, please see if any emergency priority appointments are available.

  • YES! International clients (outside the US) are accepted. Please note all international appointments must send a zoom link one hour prior to appointment time to avoid long distance call fees. Appointments will not be done via camera. Failure to send zoom info as required will be considered a no show appointment.

    All services are conducted in English via voice calls. Translations and email readings are unavailable.

  • No follow up questions, please do not send questions via email ahead of time either. Spirit is channeled in real time during your session. Bella and Sunny are only able to read for you during your appointment time, not before or after.
